DeafICC announce T20 Deaf World Cup in India 2018
Tournament Details

Venue: Himachal Pradesh Cricket Stadium & Bilaspur Cricket Ground, Bilaspur (Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association)
Tournament Director: DeafICC (partnership with DCS & Himachal Pradesh Cricket Association) November – early December (dates to be confirmed in March 2018)
DeafICC T20 World Cup 2018 invitation to participate in the T20 World Cup 2018 extends to 8 x Deaf Cricket Association (Secretary) from Afghanistan, Australia, Bangladesh, England, India, Pakistan, South Africa & Sri Lanka
DeafICC consisting up to 21 people including one appointed DeafICC Officer, 1 x professional respective governing board qualified umpire and for media duties; 1 x national sign language & English spoken interpreter
Each squad Package includes: Three-star hotel, transfers, catering, all matches, 2 x scorers (requires assistance from team member throughout), audiologists, match balls, ceremonies, Ambassador & awards.
Cricket – 19 matches in all: official warm-up matches, three group matches per side, semi-finals & Final (Further information in March 2018)
Guarantee of minimum of four matches per side including official warm-up matches (coloured clothing, names, numbers, white match balls)
Sub-committee for funding appointed for full naming rights, media exclusive rights and sponsors during matches
Local audiologist & DeafICC Panel to assess 24 players / 3 players per side during tournament – standard average of 55dB applies
