The England teams have the ability to engage and inspire on and off the field. The ECB invest in developing and creating winning England teams and play a range of formats - Tests, 50-over One Day Internationals and 20-over T20s.

The grassroots and elite game go hand in hand; every domestic and England player begins their journey on a local pitch.
