ECAD Indoor Tournament Preview

The 2018 annual ECAD Indoor Deaf Cricket tournament takes place on 4th March, returning to the Willows Sports Centre in Derby for the third consecutive year.

Favourites are holders ECAD Academy, a young team made up from players across the county.

This year will see new entrants from Birmingham, BID Services, who played a practice game against Lancashire last year. They could be the dark horses of the competition!

Perpetual indoor runners-up, Surrey are also taking part, joined by the other two Deaf cricket counties Lancashire & Nottinghamshire.

The tournament starts at 10am and is preceded by the ECAD AGM.

There is much happening in the world of Deaf cricket in the UK and overseas with a 2018 World T20 event in Sri Lanka in November. Come down to the AGM to find out more and watch some entertaining cricket.
