There are several ways Deaf cricketers can get involved with playing county and regional matches.

The ECB run a Disability County Championship which will include Deaf cricketers from 2020. There are several county teams which take part at hard ball and soft ball levels. We will sign post ECAD members to their nearest county.

At the top end of ECAD’s pathway there are two regional teams, ECAD North and ECAD South.

Both teams play friendly matches around once a month in the summer with a match against each other at the end of August.

There is also an ECAD Academy team for our younger players. This team generally play one or two games per year and train once a month over the winter.

All ECAD outdoor fixtures and results can be found on our Play-Cricket page.

Below that level, we have six county & regional teams who take part in our Indoor Competitions. Some of these teams also play outdoor matches.

The teams are: -

Lancashire
Nottinghamshire
Surrey
Birmingham
ECAD South West
ECAD Yorkshire
